Delivery Information

Free Delivery Threshold

Free UK delivery on all orders over £420. For orders below this amount, delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size and postcode.

Delivery Options

  • Standard delivery — Free on all orders; typically 3–7 working days for in-stock items
  • Next-day delivery — Available on stocked items when ordered before 2pm. Contact us to confirm availability
  • Room-of-choice delivery — From £29; we bring items to your chosen room
  • Delivery + assembly — From £79; we build everything and take the packaging away
  • Multi-site / office fit-out delivery — Contact us for dedicated project support

Delivery Timescales

  • In-stock items: 3–7 working days
  • Made-to-order items: 10–25 working days (lead time shown on each product page)
  • Large / trade orders: We'll agree a schedule with you at the time of order

All delivery dates are estimates. We will notify you if any delays arise.

How Your Order Is Delivered

  • Small items are sent by courier in protective packaging
  • Larger furniture is delivered by pallet or van to ground floor / kerbside of your address
  • If you need delivery inside a building or to an upper floor, please contact us before ordering
  • We can accommodate loading bay access, lift restrictions and security sign-ins for business deliveries

Assembly

Most furniture is delivered flat-packed with full assembly instructions included. If you prefer professional assembly, our delivery + assembly service is available from £79 — contact us to add this to your order.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all UK mainland postcodes. Extended lead times or additional charges may apply for the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland — please contact us to confirm before ordering.

On the Day of Delivery

  • Please inspect all items carefully before signing
  • If anything is damaged or missing, note this on the delivery paperwork and contact us within 24 hours with photographs
  • Keep all packaging until you are satisfied with your order

Returns Policy

Changing Your Mind

Changed your mind? Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. A 30% restocking fee applies. We arrange free collection on orders over £200.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email sales@officefurnituretech.co.uk with photographs within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace or refund — no quibble. Free collection arranged.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order products (where you've specified a colour, fabric, finish or dimension) cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered, unless they arrive damaged or not as described. Always double-check your specifications before confirming.
