Refund

If you change your mind, there will be a 30% restocking charge, and further shipping charges unless something else is ordered in its place.

7 working days on small orders under £1000 in total but on larger orders it will be discussed as we (Office Furniture Tech Ltd) have to wait for a payment from the manufacturersas well. However, in most cases,it’s always within 10 business days.

Yes, all returns must be in their original packaging.

Damages will be replaced free of charge.

If you do that before the order leaves our warehouse it is free but If you wanted to exchange, there would be a 30% stocking fee and delivery charges on the new order.

If you received the wrong /incorrect items, they will be collected and replaced for free.

Made-to-order furniture CAN NOT be cancelled.

Items that are not made to order can be cancelled free of charge before they are picked up and delivered.

An order that contains sales items has the same rules apply as above.
